Improvements

• DITO Manager:
  • Customization of the UI Logos, Motto and colors.
  • Left panel closed by default when displaying settings or information on data collection/template/resource to free some real state on the UI.
  • You can now add headers and footers templates with no data collection to a composition template with a data collection.
