Release pdfRender 1.0.6

Release date: October 25, 2021

Along with the iText 7.1.17 maintenance release we are also releasing an update to pdfRender. pdfRender 1.0.6 benefits from the performance and stability improvements of a new version of JPedal, plus a few bug fixes.

At the same time, we are also releasing pdfRender 2.0.0, the next major version of pdfRender. Besides all the improvements mentioned above, it also includes the support for the new Unified License Mechanism and the removal of some deprecated methods from the API.
