Release iText Core 7.1.19

The iText 7 Core 7.1.19 release is a maintenance release for iText 7.1.x which includes some recent CVE mitigations and backports from 8.0.x releases.

It addresses two CVE issues (CVE-2023-6299, CVE-2023-33201) which were fixed in the release of iText Core 8.0.2. You can always read about CVEs on our KB page.

We've also backported a bouncy-castle update to version 1.75.
